Oregon special session over transportation bill delayed due to lack of quorum. Don’t blame us for this’n – it was the Democrats that caused the House not to have a quorum: “two Democrats were unexpectedly missing.” “Melissa Unger, executive director of SEIU 503, which represents 1,700 ODOT employees, said she’s extremely disappointed that lawmakers failed to achieve quorum on time.
