An Oregon homeless camp was built with nearly 100 stolen shopping carts. With headlines like this, is it any wonder why I constantly rail against bums? Come on people, do the math. The average cost of a shopping cart is $163, so this one guy is in possession of $16,300 worth of stolen property, and every bum you see pushin’ or draggin’ one is guilty as well.
