Higher education institutions have had multiple Chinese foreign exchange students arrested for activities including spying on U.S. military bases, smuggling dangerous biological pathogens, and illegally voting in the 2024 presidential election. Congress’s on the right track. It doesn’t take a lot of research to see the tentacles of the communist Chinese monster are spreading all over the world – loaning poor nations money to build ports or airbases, then taking the facility over when the host nation defaults on the loan. The last thing we need is for them to get a toehold here.
