Kotek is in no rush to sign her own transportation funding bill. “We’ll have it signed by the time I need to have it signed.” Folks, I’ve told you before: The longer she drags her feet, the less time commonsensers have to gather the signatures that would squash her taxes by the deadline to get on the ballot.
