Police lapel cam shows starving children kept in dog kennel with padlock in Las Vegas home. Not only did the sonofabitch lock the kids in a dog kennel. When the cops got there, they were also found to have injuries sustained from the beatings the asshole gave ’em. All this guy deserves is a hole in the head. Those kids are gonna be scarred for life. It’ll be a MIRACLE if any of ’em grow up to be anything that approximates normal.
