Mamdani’s city grocery plan could leave taxpayers paying for every banana. In case you haven’t figured it out, this’s gonna be my next big “I told you so.” Grocery stores are right there next to restaurants at 6% when it comes to profit margins. One that’s on top of its game is gonna make an average of 2%, so what’s gonna happen when Comrade Mamdani, the ragheaded commie, says his NYC run grocery stores are gonna save customers 30%? I’ll tell you. The taxpayers are gonna pay for the losses on the back end. But hey. They’re the idiots who elected the communist, so I hope they’re happy.
