SCOTUS deals Dems a major setback by refusing to intervene after the state’s highest court invalidated a voter-approved redistricting overhaul. Nobody who’s a regular reader of these pages should be surprised by this. The way this thing was structured, it’s ALWAYS been a state issue, not a federal one. Of course, the desperate dumbass Democrats being what they are, have no problem throwin’ good money after bad on a losing battle. I’m not a lawyer, but even I could figure it out.
