Govt. has issued $84B in civil fines to illegal aliens who remain in the U.S. after receiving final orders of removal. THERE’S the problem. Why in the hell are they pussyfootin’ around levying fines the wetbacks probably aren’t gonna pay? If they’ve been told to leave and haven’t, expand location efforts, find ’em, and put ’em on an outbound plane. Period.
