As far as I’m concerned, the great state of Texas was done in because California hippies moved there and brought their Democrat votin’ habits with ’em. I outta know. The same thing happened to Oregon YEARS ago. It started in the ’60s and continued unabated until the whole state pretty much turned blue except the cattle country east of the mountains, and a few pockets of common sense.
