Trump denounces ‘birth tourism’ schemes, says he is asking SCOTUS to rehear birthright citizenship case. He shouldn’t stop there. Another SCOTUS case they need to rehear is Texas v. Johnson, decided on 21 Jun 89, which said it’s okay to burn the American flag. As far as I’m concerned, that was one of the darkest days in American history.
