Everyone Village announces new Workforce Development Center in Eugene. They ALMOST got it right. I’ve got news for ’em. As long as the bums have access to booze and drugs, the chance of them pickin’ up and retainin’ an employable skill is moot. To be a success, those two haveta be taken out of the equation, and the main reason, besides forced participation, that my Transition Centers will work is if they’re set up and maintained the way they were envisioned.
